I had a hollywood wax, for the first time...it was of course very painful but I was talked through the entire process, explained the benefits of hot wax versus strip wax, the after care and future care. Overall, extremely comfortable, very efficient (30 minutes for wax and eyebrow threading) and very good quality, I will be back!

More could have been done to make this an relaxing and enjoyable experience - the waiting process is a bit clunky and the room itself felt a bit dated. Saying that, the staff were excellent and I am very happy with the treatment.

The room is nothing fancy, but this was the best full leg wax I've had! Very few hairs left afterwards, and the therapist was very friendly and efficient - it only took about 15 minutes. I'd definitely return.

Very friendly staff and excellent wax. Quick and efficient hot wax. That said, not noticeably better than much cheaper options.
