Kay is great! She has an amazing knowledge of waxing ! However the treatment was slightly rushed at the end (due to another client being late to their appointment) and I feel like my half leg wax didn't get the attention I paid for.

The staff member who served me was friendly but the rest I didn't feel the same way. I can say she was professional but the results of my waxing weren't as good as previous waxing places. it's a good value, but I think there are better places elsewhere.
