The treatment was not done by Jalpa and I was not made aware of this before attending the treatment. The woman was quite impolite and could not understand English properly. She didn’t do a good job at threading my eyebrows and I don’t think any hygiene measures were taken. The woman seemed ill and did not wash her hands at any point. I’m really disappointed.
