Appointments were running late which was totally okay but I would have appreciated a call so I wasn’t sitting in the salon looking like a lemon. The threading genuinely took less than 5 minutes and I felt like there wasn’t much care taken (my brows ended up a lot thinner than what I wanted). The overall cleanliness was questionable too. I felt as if the tools used were not sanitised because I ended up breaking out in the area
