My experience at the salon was disappointing due to its awkward atmosphere. The lack of music created an uncomfortable silence, and while one staff member was chatty, the other barely spoke. For nearly two hours, I felt like an outsider, especially since there were no other customers. I was never offered a drink—something most salons provide. Just as my nails were finishing, another customer walked in, and suddenly the staff engaged with them,offering a drink .
