I arrived a little late, but ended up waiting 15 minutes anyway after rushing and being told (politely) to hurry. The nail tech experienced some personal issues and was frequently distracted, sometimes taking calls for 5 minutes at a time. The salon should have contingency plans in place for this. These were nails for an engagement but because of the delay, I went for a simpler design. The gel was lumpy in places and colour inconsistent, so I’m going to my usual salon for a tidy up.

Tammy took her time to tend to my aunt for her manicure and pedicure. She performed a thorough treatment and Tammy even stood up to accommodate my aunts posture and ensure my aunts comfort was paramount. Really happy with the service and TLC
