Lovely and relaxed: Katie was friendly and offered honest advice, which meant a switch to highlights. Some confusion as to price differences but Katie assured me she would link up with treatwell. Will look forward to going back!

A* service from Shabby Chic but awful service from Treatwell! Didn't even book me onto their system - so turned up and they didn't have a booking but managed to squeeze me in for a wet cut FOC
