The massage itself was good, however there were a couple of things which would have made the experience much more relaxing. The oil should be warmed beforehand: it was unpleasantly cold. The lights should be dimmed in the treatment room (they were left fully on). And the therapist should not check her phone several times during the massage! I could hear her clicking the home button. If she needs to check the time, put a clock in the room. Or at least play some spa music to cover the sound!
