Very basic in my opinion, no extractions, just a steam, face clean and deep exfoliation, which for my skin (exfoliating with beads) tends to break me out as it upsets the natural oils in my skin. Go if your skin works well with exfoliations. Just not right for me as my skin thrives on steams, extractions, masks and then something to close the pores.
