The massage was great, the therapist seemed to know her craft and gave good pressure. The room was a little cold which hampered the comfort and the room was claustrophobic, there was just enough room to change, also nipped off to use the loo and it was a tad dingy. But I was there for the massage which was consistent, relieving and definitely competent, it was deep tissue which alleviated my muscles post exercise streak.

Overall I enjoyed the massage and it was relaxing, I arrived early and Katia was free and very friendly.
I was in pain afterwards but I do have chronic pain in my neck and shoulders so this is likely specific to me. After about 36 hours the pain subsided.
The only complaint I have is that the room is in the basement so you can hear staff members noisily walking down the stairs/doing stuff in the staff rooms.

Having looked at my skin, we changed the type of facial I had originally booked for to a laser facial to unblock my pores. My friends commented that evening how well my skin looked - they didn't know I'd been for a facial!
I'd 100% recommend the laser facial and I will book this treatment for myself again.
