It was good massage overall but it felt that the tense areas did not get as much attention as it should. probably the last 10 mins were spent on the face (no idea as I had slept), but i rather have that time on the required areas.

Really lovely place and the woman was incredibly sweet. However, the extraction was exceptionally painful and seemed to unnecessarily go over the same areas over and over. My nose was peeling for a week afterwards and the skin there seemed pretty battered and unhappy! Such a shame because otherwise it was lovely. If I were to go back I would definitely opt out of the extraction.
