I've been having regular facials with Kathleen for the last fifteen years or so and I am really delighted with the result. I've often been complimented on my skin and I'm sure that is down to Kathleen's care and attention. Her treatments are very professional but always wonderfully relaxing. She is happy to advise and suggest other treatments but is never pushy. A first-class therapist: I would recommend her without reservation.
Kathleen has rescued my skin, which was in pretty poor condition when I started visiting her! She really took care to find the right solution for me, and offers advice about diets etc to prevent the flare-ups which I'm prone to. I can't imagine going to another salon.
Highly recommended. Always receive extra added value from advice on all aspects of holistic health and wellbeing. I like the fact you always see the same person so she knows your history. I have been coming tio Image Inspiration for many years and quite frankly would not go anywhere else. The Pedicure Medicale is exceptionally good and the facial is equisite. i would and do recommend Kathleen to all my friends.
Kathleen is an incredibly knowledgable therapist, with an excellent understanding of the science behind beauty therapy and particularly skin treatments and conditions. I myself have found it difficult in the past to find a therapist which truly understands my skin which in addition to being incredibly oily, is also highly sensitive, with redness and scalp psoriosis. Kathleen truly made me feel comfortable and in good hands and her knowledge was unsurpassed. My course of facials has radically improved every aspect of my skin and she was able to advise me, not only on a skincare routine which is really working for me but on nutritional and other things to try to also calm down my skin. I would unreservedly recommend her services, particularly if you have complex issues which you have found other salons have failed to personalise their service to treat. Too often therapists will take a quick look at your skin and then decide which category you best fall into, and then proceed with a treatment by rote that they have been trained in - leading to sometimes over treatment of certain problems and completely ignoring others. Not so with Kathleen, she completely personalised my treatment to work on the issues in a logical and sensible order, making me feel more confident about my skin than I have for many years and more importantly producing excellent results.
