I had a terrible experience at this salon. I booked a £25 shellac pedicure at 5:30 PM and waited 45 minutes with no apology. The male technician rudely said it was £35, claiming it included a massage. I agreed, but neither I nor my friend received a massage. Both staff were loudly video calling during appointments. When I questioned the price, the technician left me mid-pedicure, refused service, and aggressively removed my friend’s gel polish. Unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful—avoid this

Was good nail salon, I had shellac on toes and hands, not the best French tip but not bad, also no work around cuticles or feet soak, but maybe I booked wrong

Worst salon I’ve ever been to. If you want a cheap manicure this is your place, but you definitely get what you pay for. Cleanliness is none existent and I even had to use google translate to ask for a ‘gel manicure with French tips’.
