I went here as I had been charged double in hair salons for the exact same restyle.
Kate was friendly and she took the time out to talk to me about what I would like, as well as recommending what she thought.
Hubby, child and myself were all pleased with the results. Have already passed on the phone no! :)

I was absolutely thrilled with my experience at Kate's. Kate is an absolute professional and did an amazing job doing highlights on my hair. My hair is really thick and I usually hate getting it done as it takes a long time but kate was quick and made me feel really comfortable and so the whole experience was just fantastic!

Very nice haircut from Kate, much better than going to a salon as you have full attention of the hairdresser. Did a great wash cut and blow dry hair looks and feels great. Very easy to chat to gives good advice on what will work with your hair type. Must be good my husband notices I went to the hairdresser which he never normally does :-)
