Karolina recently treated me and my wife. She was simply amazing! She paid very close attention to every little bit of our treatment. We found consultation with her really useful, as it helped us understand the treatment plan and she explained all our questions clearly. We are from India, and finding a good ayurvedic practitioner in UK was a daunting thought. But we were instantly at ease when we met Karolina for the first time - she knows her stuff! The massage helped relief the back pain. Karolina also gave us dietary recommendations that are suitable for our unique constitutions - we've seen improvements in our wellbeing since then. We were in safe pair of hands before, during, and after the treatment. Highly recommend Karolina for all things ayurvedic treatment - worth every penny!

Karolina is amazing, very sensitive and attuned to your body’s energy and points of tension. Hot oil is incredibly relaxing and full body massage really great! I had stiff lower back and shoulders and now feeling much better :-)

I value my treatment greatly. My practitioner is very experienced and knowledgable and explains clearly giving a chance to understand and take ownership of my health outside the allopathic arena. I d love a treatment plan/map and glossary of terms. Some herb preparations have strong tastes so it might be useful to choose options about the preparations eg tablets vs powder prior to supply. All in all a great service and I m certainly telling all my yoga students about this as a wellbeing option.
