The cut was not very nice, she cut my hair very very very short (after convincing me I should even trim the ends, as my hair was already short) and in the end it looked like a helmet. Did not know how to style it, I had to basically redo it myself when I got home. Finally, she asked me for an additional £5 we apparently my hair is not considered short (it was almost at my ears length by the time she finished chopping it but it’s medium clearly). Fringe was done nicely though.

I’ve had my hair cut by Karolina twice now, and both times were absolutely perfect! From the moment I sit in the chair, I feel completely taken care of.
