I booked Karismatic based on the Treatwell rating and it did not disappoint. I took my mum for a little pamper day for our joint birthdays and we got massages done with Pooja & Chom, mani & pedi and I had my teeth whitened with Rads. Wonderful atmosphere, great service, really lovely ladies and possibly the best massages we’ve had yet. Thank you for the cups of tea as well :) Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

After being kept waiting while therapist was on the phone for 15 mins (app changed time on my email while waiting!). This would have been a great opportunity to offer me a drink etc you want to feel special and pampered.
I was treated nicely. She didn’t keep me waiting in the massage room which was good.
I expected longer on the legs but this was made up for on the head and face.
I felt extremely relaxed and sleepy at the end.
So I would recommend the massage.
