This was my first time having reflexology. Karen was lovely, explained everything and it was really relaxing. Came away feeling great!
Treatment by Karen Kearney
Karen is great so book her with confidence. This was my second treatment through Treatwell the first one being a terrible acupuncture. It was my first reflexology treatment and I had a very good experience. I might go back next month for another one as insomnia is still alive and kicking unfortunately. Make sure you take it easy the next day as it is a powerful treatment not just a silly foot massage. Chin chin.
I received 5 sessions of reflexology with Karen and in the last, she said she could feel something irregular in my left ovary: I had told her in my initial assessment that I was experiencing some irregular bleeding and abdominal pain.
As a result of her information, I made an appointment with my gp : this was highly unusual for me and I am very lucky with my health, but I felt I would trust Karen and try to investigate.
As a result, I was sent for a pelvic ultrasound examination and although there ws no bad news, the sonographer informed me that there was a functional cyst on my left ovary and this is what was causing the bleeding and pain.
I would like to thank Karen for her insight and knowledge. I feel she is a caring, considerate and warm natured practitioner.
I also tried a session of hot stone reflexology wiht her some months later and would recommend people try this!
I visited Karen just after a really stressful week and left her a thousand times better. She has a wonderful way with people that makes me feel automatically at ease. I've enjoyed now several treatments from Karen and have become somewhat a regular visitor of hers. Totally converted!! If you want to feel like a million bucks she's your gal! X
