The treatment was straightforward. Karina explained what the steps were and the conditions of the skin. It was not a spa experience but it was still relaxing. Maybe if they dim the lights a bit you could get the same effect. I will definitely return after a month!

She put me at ease and did a nice treatment without trying to upsell. I'd love to come back for a course of treatments. The place is easy to find; it's part of Bayswater Ave, so don't go by the maps or worry if you can't find the address
