Shani was nice but she left an unacceptable amount of hair behind. I only saw Shani since Katy was on holiday. Had this been my first time at this establishment, I would likely never return based on this experience. Nevertheless, I will return and continue to book with Katy.

Not a particularly welcoming experience, wasn’t greeted with a hello or anything. A lot of sighing. The leg wax was alright and the salon was nice and very clean.

The lady that did my wax today had zero experience with sugaring. Unfortunately I was left quite sore and when mentioned to the manager, the response was “everyone needs experience” . I ended up finishing the last part of waxing myself as it was obvious she did not know what she was doing. No apology or nothing
