The atmosphere was dreadful-you can hear next door clients talking (hair and massage rooms) and it's very loud and not therapeutic at all. Hygiene was poor too, dust everywhere and smell from microwave / else. Katy was very uninterested in her job, like you see she doesn't wanna be there and no communication whatsoever. Unprofessional. Massage itself was 'just to do it', very bad-no enthusiasm, no proper strokes (towards heart), very amateur and unserious. Waste of money. Never coming back.
