Upon arrival, the woman opened the door to a salon room and hit another woman by accident. This led to a very loud and aggressive argument where they started shouting at each other and being rude. Annoyed, the lady started threading my eyebrows and the atmosphere was very tense. I felt very uncomfortable and didn't know what to say. It was slightly more painful than normal and towards the end, she received a phone call and immediately took the call and told me she was done - not professional at all.
Throughout the day my eyebrow felt sore and sure enough, I now have small scabs on my eyebrows. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for the past 5 years - this was by far the worst experience ever - definitely would not recommend!
