When I arrived the room was not ready and the beautician was sat on the stairs whatsapping. I wouldn’t usually moan about this but she continued whatsapping when I was lying ready for the wax.
I was advised to use the ‘sugar’ wax which might work for some people but didn’t for me. The lady tugged at the wax 2 or 3 times so left my skin really sore. I was honest at the end of the treatment and said that it was really painful - sorry but I will not be returning.
