You stay or go?,,unbelievable.I have never experienced anything like it,she was super rude and angry.Awful experience.!

Usually a great experience all other times I’ve been however slightly rushed this time with several distractions throughout the appointment, which meant some hairs were left :( hopefully next time will be better as I have lots of faith in Katie and her excellent skills
