I booked this for my mother as a surprise and at the end the lady said it wasn’t prepaid and that I (daughter) wasn’t good enough to pre pay the the bill. Excuse me. Who do you think you are judging people you don’t even know. There was no need to make a nasty comment and ruin the whole day. Just do what your supposedly good at and cut damn hair and keep you mouth shut.

very warm welcome, knew my name so were expecting me. amazing hair wash with a head massage great cut and finish, all for only £20. highly recommended, I've found a new hairdresser!
