They didn’t condition my hair and were very rough with brushing it and my face was touched multiple times during the cut.
I paid for the more expensive stylist (Saira) yet two separate people did my hair, so I don’t feel like they should charge a higher rate for Saira.
Admittedly I’d paid for medium length hair and they said I had long hair. So I offered to pay the difference. But I was made to pay £10 more. I checked after and I should only have been charged £4 more.
