Everything was super. I showed Saira a few pictures of what I wanted and told her what I visioned for my hair and she gave me exactly what I needed ! It was better than the photo I showed her and exactly what I wanted and asked for. The colour is lovely and feels so so soft and smooth. Saira was great to talk to while doing my hair too. I left really happy! Can’t wait to be back :) xx

The colour done by Saira was okay but the cut is horrible. The layers are so uneven, choppy, random and short at places that I don’t even know if anyone could fix it without having to drastically chop my hair off.
