Saira was really good. She really listened and understood what I wanted. My hair was exactly how I imagined it would look. The staff went out of their way to help me when I forgot my phone and water bottle.

If I could give 0 stars I would. From the moment I entered, they were hostile and dismissive towards me. They acted like they had no clue of my online appointment, tried to say I picked the wrong hair length for my own hair (which I didn't), washed my hair with freezing water and kept pulling my hair during the blowdry. I was polite but they made a face everytime they had to speak to me. Will never go back again - they were hostile towards others too, so guess they prefer certain customers.
