This was the first time I had met Karen, she was welcoming, knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away. Her salon set up is cosy and has a great atmosphere. Karen asked questions to make sure she knew what I was after and gave honest advice on products that could make a difference to me, without trying to sell me expensive products. I will definitely be back and recommend Karen to anyone :)

this appointment was cancelled less than 24 hours before my haircut, unacceptable to me My appointment had been made for nine days prior to this cancellation and I still have not had my money back 72 hours later Forget it

Karen has cut and coloured my hair for about ten years. She understands my rather unruly hair and I always leave feeling very happy with both the colour and cut. Karen is also a lovely person, very welcoming and easy to get along with.
