Karen was so friendly and thorough, she had finished the hollywood wax in 10 minutes flat and chatted throughout which was a nice distraction from the treatment. I also stayed for a pedicure which she did perfectly and was impressed at her knowledge about foot maintenance. She even waxed the tiny bit of hair on my toes for no extra. Wonderful salon, have already passed her card on to my friends.

Karen was really nice and friendly. Used fabric strips for waxing which made it less painful. Very quick also which meant I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

Friendly therapist, however the treatment room is slightly odd, and doesn't feel that private. The Brazilian was over in about 10 mins, so wasn't particularly thorough and quite painful as a result. I haven't had strip wax for a while so that might be why! I had to apply the baby powder pre wax & the oil post wax, so didn't feel like there was much care involved. Price was good, but I have had others at similar prices where a more 'spa' ambience is given.
