I booked a relaxer and was initially apprehensive as I've seldom had a good experience with a hairdresser so i usually do it myself. Karen was very accomodating and friendly. She made me feel comfortable instantly. I left a very satisfied customer and for once had salon looking hair.

Karen was lovely very welcoming. She handled my hair softly unlike other hairdressers. My weave was a little tight so I had to remove it earlier than expected as the front of my head was sore BUT this is not against Karen doing a bad job. I was very happy with it and she done a great job. I won't hesitate to go back to Karen.

Karen is so good! She knows exactly what she's doing and always makes my hair look great I'm so happy I've found her. She's so friendly too I love going there and chatting with her whilst getting my hair done.
