Karen did a great job on my hair. I had left my hair throughout lockdown and it wasn't in great condition. However when I left Karen's my hair looked great and had a real bounce to it. I liked the fact it was in her home. Karen made you feel really relaxed and asked questions about what you would like if you wanted any products etc. She was very easy to chat to and I would definitely recommend
