Lucy is lovely and she listens to the client. This time though I struggle a bit with the haircut as the normal bounce and volume after a cut is missing. It might be that my hair is changing

This is a great hair salon, where I always leave feeling on top of the world... a good hair cut, colour and blow dry does wonders for our self esteem right?
