Having worked away for some years I am glad I am back at Lucy’s for my haircut. I like the way she cuts my hair. It makes me feel trendy although I am not a young chicken anymore. I feel at home in the new salon. Everyone is friendly and you feel looked after without them making too much fuss.

This is my first visit. I made an appointment for a haircut plan of £40, but it charged me haircut+finish plan of £50 without telling me in advance. Although the result was not bad, I felt forced to consume what I didn’t want.
