Had a lovely experience! Everyone on the team was super accommodating and friendly, happy to discuss what I wanted/what was best for my hair type. My stylists Raul and Karen were kind, warm and professional and helped to seriously rescue my hair and give me advice. I hadn’t been to a salon in a while and glad I made this choice to come here. Loved how my hair turned out which is rare! Definitely will be going back. Thanks team ❤️

I had my long hair tonged to create soft waves. It was a good choice as the waves remained longer than a blow dry. The hair also felt natural to the touch. I would definitely choose to have the hair tonged again with Florentina.
