Karalu is such a lovely salon, and Lucy is so talented. I have a short pixie cut so find it hard to get the right cut, but with Lucy it's perfect every time. The salon itself is a lovely space, and the experience always feels like a treat, with the massage chair and head massage during the hair wash and even a tipple if you fancy it!

Loved this salon! All the staff here were absolutely lovely! Karen was really welcoming, attentive and very knowledgeable with years of experience! Was extremely happy with my hair afterwards! I will definitely be back! :)

Karen did an amazing job and the whole team effort too.
Im really pleased with the outcome and really appreciated her taking the time to look through photos of what I was hoping to achieve and think we both were more pleased than expected with the curls she has managed to create.
