Asked Sam for a Long straight bob that could give me volume (I have thin hair that stays flat).He agreed that I needed some volume,cut my hair horizontally without providing any layer, which left me a bit surprised, but what really disappointed me was the blow dry. My hair was super flat,but like really flat,I complained,so he sprayed something to finish but nothing changed.I could appreciate the cut only after I washed and dried the hair myself..which is not why you go to a salon for =(
