I had my long hair tonged to create soft waves. It was a good choice as the waves remained longer than a blow dry. The hair also felt natural to the touch. I would definitely choose to have the hair tonged again with Florentina.

Very welcoming and people were nice. Root colour and blend is great on the balayage but the colour of toner turned out a mousey brown instead of a light champagne, this will wash out and I can re-tone. The finish was extremely bad (handed off to another member of staff to complete) frizz and dryness were diffused in at a high heat which led to an attempt to straighten. Had to wash hair and rehydrate when I got home which you don’t expect when you’ve spent a days salary on your hair already.
