Karolina is an excellent sports masseuse. I have had regular massage with her for 5 years and it has made an enormous difference to my overall well-being. It has reduced the occurrence of migraines and consistently reduced muscle tension in my upper back and neck.
I had a great massage with Kara. She’s very professional and spent time before the treatment talking through my individual needs. The massage was really effective in addressing my back pain and tension in my shoulders and neck. I slept really well that night without any discomfort. I’ll definitely be returning for further treatments.
