This was my worst waxing experience I'm sorry to say! This to be honest was the most painful and uncomfortable waxes I have ever had. She struggled with a strip at one point and just started tugging repeatedly and seems slightly unaware of hoe unprofessional and painful this was!
At the beginning she asked if I wanted everything off and I had to clarify that I booked a brazillian so no. I was left with an extremely thin line which was unexpected and I accept I probably should have discussed it further.
The whole process was very messy too and I ended up with wax on my clothes.
Customer service was awful and I generally felt uncomfortable and was desperate for it to end so I could leave.
