I booked at Kaplan Atelier as the reviews looked good. I paid extra for a 'Director.' which cost £50. Sadly, he gave me an absolutely awful haircut. Didn't cut the the sideburns, no fading at all, clear lines, and the back of my head was disgraceful. They were very nice people and I don't write a negative review lightly, this is their livelihood after all, but to charge £50 and I left needing to find another hairdresser. The right thing to do would be to refund me 50% to cover another cut
