I came in with hair down to my shoulders and was very specific about how I liked it long, but would appreciate if it was slightly shorter in the back. When I left it was so short in the back I can barely pinch it with my fingers.
I used Matthew McConnaughey as a reference, but ended up looking more like a Karen…
I no longer have long hair. And not by choice. I’ve never been more sad coming back home from a hair cut.
Now I’ll have to get a new cut to fix what was done to it… such a shame!

It’s not actually Luiza but her male colleague as she had to reschedule. I’m not actually sure the person cutting my hair was a trained hairdresser..which is strange given the price/brand. I can get over the poor English but I clearly told him to not cut off my fringe, which he still did. In the end, when he showed me the back and sides, I had to point out the sides are clearly uneven, which he had to redo. He then reviewed the back and proceeded to redo it too..not good enough, for men atleast.
