Hair wash and head massage was really very good indeed!
Stylist disinterested.
Bouncy blow dry was awful. Curled with a very small brush which resulted in 1980 permed tight curls in the bottom third of my hair. Looked like a judges wig which had been let down.
My sister, who had her hair washed and dried at the same time thought I had left before the stylist had actually finished and she had not yet brushed out the curls!!!
Really sorry nice enough people but don’t go if passing through.
Blow Dry
The blow dry I had at Kaplan was pretty average. Its always a bit difficult when you go to a Salon for the first time. The stylist doesn't know you and its not easy to communicate what you want. The stylist Luiza was very pleasant and friendly though and I'm sure she did her best.

Asked for a bouncy blow dry, but hairdresser used tiny brush, kept on getting hair tangled and was too curly
