Nana was great. My first time doing a deep tissue massage so I wasn’t used to it and she talked me through the process which was super helpful. Overall very happy with the service, will definitely return.

I had some stiffness and big knots in my shoulder which is why I booked a massage but unfortunately I didn’t leave the spa feeling any better. The room was quite cold & I could hear noise from the reception & hallway which was off putting. The masseuse didn’t ask if I had any problem areas or anything I wanted to focus on before starting which was a shame. I had to feedback a few times about pressure being too little or too much which is fine but I expected better based on other reviews.
