I booked a Swedish massage by mistake when I actually needed and wanted a deep tissue one and the therapist was happy to do this for me which was welcomed. The venue was clean, warm and comfortable.

Really terrible massage. I filled in a form with medical issues etc on it and it wasn't looked at. I was uncovered for the whole massage instead of one area being uncovered and focused on. Someone opened the room door during the massage but the masseuse didn't acknowledge this so I don't know why it was opened. It was just standard baby oil used during the massage. As I was getting dressed at the end a male staff member opened the door. The whole thing was uncomfortable. £60 down the drain.

As soon as I walked into Kannika Spa it was warm and inviting and peaceful. The ladies at the spa are very polite and professional and I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. Ann applied the right amount of pressure and I left feeling great. I look forward to going back again for regular sessions and even trying out their sauna.

Nana was great. My first time doing a deep tissue massage so I wasn’t used to it and she talked me through the process which was super helpful. Overall very happy with the service, will definitely return.
