She took the time to listen to my specific areas of concern and focused carefully on the tension in my shoulders and lower back, adjusting pressure as needed and checking in throughout the session.
The massage was deeply relaxing while still effectively relieving tightness and stress. I left feeling refreshed, balanced, and light as a feather.

i had a deep tissue massage, and all of the sore tight spots were quickly identified and worked on.
Very professional through out and surprisingly relaxing for a deep tissue massage which can hurt a bit.
