Fantastic bio energetic massage. Really enjoyable massage and i felt the benefits and releif from shoulder pain immediately.
Not so good to have two men talking outside the treatment room for the duration of the massage. Simona did turn the music up to drown them out, but it didn't really help.

The host, therapist and reception was lovely. I waited for my boyfriend to get his massage done and whilst I was waiting I was able to watch Netflix which was a bonus. It was a good experience

I came here for the first time for Cryotherapy and met Simona. It was my first Cryotherapy session, Simona explained everything before hand and what to expect. I felt amazing afterwards and during my time in Cryotherapy I was talking to Simona, how I couldn't get a sports massage anyway. Simona mentioned they offer a bioenergetic electric massage and explained to me what it was. I highly recommend this therapy, because it is 100 times better than a sports massage. I will be coming back again
