This was our first time visiting Kami's and Hema did an amazing job on me and my sister. We always avoid hairdressers purely because either they rush the haircut and demand a lot more money than it's worth or they give us an awful haircut. But Hema did a smashing job and made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. Yes it was more pricey than we expected but it didn't matter as I even put £5 on top of the charge to thank her for taking her time and making our hair feel and look beautiful! Thanks Hema.

I arrived on time and wasn’t welcomed in- instead a voice from downstairs shouted up to take a seat. This was fine but after 15 minutes of waiting I went down to ask how long the delay was and was informed it would be another 15 minutes. This was annoying as it delayed my later plans. However, when it was time for the treatment I was really pleased with the friendly service I received and the attention to detail. It’s also great value for money. I’ll definitely book again as I’m hoping the delay was unusual...
