I left really upset and in tears. I struggle with low self esteem as it is and the hair cut wasn’t what I asked for at all. I didn’t want layers and left with choppy hair :(. Lovely hair dresser but all I wanted was a small trim. I’m sure she would do a lovely job on other people’s hair :(
