I turned up and the salon was not open that I had to call her to come?? And then wait for her to set up?
Really unflattering style, uneven layers and unprofessional experience.
Worst haircut since my mother tried cutting my hair!! Terrible finish, was so choppy and uneven! All my colleagues at work have said it looks bad and that I should pay to have it redone! She blamed my side parting and not paying for a blow dry for the unevenness! She was rude and said that I don’t know what I’m talking about because I’m “not a hair dresser”... which is very true, but I know that I never had this problem before, I wasn’t having an adventurous cut, just an over due trim and layers. She also tried charging me more because of my hair length - I’ve always paid for long hair, it was not extra long. Then also told me off for using up too much of her time, despite her being late... too stressful, ever again.
Also she Spent what felt like 2 mins washing my hair, considering It takes me ages each morning, I did ask her if she had conditioned my hair? She laughed that I even questioned her and said she washed it twice and condition - had an irritated scalp later that day.
